1. Application and properties
Composed of four pieces, with a rubber star-shaped ring in the middle and a rubber O-ring at the bottom, with a
PTFE-filled sealing slip ring.
Suitable for two-way and reciprocating piston seal. It has dual safety with low friction and high elasticity, low gas
permeability, and good dynamic and static sealing performance. Allows for a large extrusion gap and is suitable for
high-pressure oil cylinders where position or pressure retention requirements are strict and the movement speed is
not particularly fast (<0.5m/s), such as pressure machine oil cylinders, support oil cylinders, clamping oil cylinders,
positioning oil cylinders, piston accumulators, etc. Especially recommended for heavy-duty and large-diameter
applications. In high-pressure applications, the friction coefficient is small, the sliding performance is good, and there
is no creeping phenomenon. The groove structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
It can adapt to a wide range of working media and working temperature range by changing the material of
O-ring and star-shaped ring. It is suitable for integral piston with small groove installation.
Compliant with GB/T 15242.1-94 and GB/T 15242.3-94 standards.
