1. Application and properties
Suitable for guiding the piston and rod in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, providing support, isolation, and
guidance. Guide bands with thickness equal to or greater than 2mm can provide double-sided embossed products.
The embossed structure is conducive to forming lubrication micro-cavities, improving microscopic lubrication and
helping to embed small foreign objects to protect the sealing system.
It can be used in special working conditions such as extremely high speed, extremely low speed, and micro
displacement. It can also be used for guiding and positioning in rotating rod seals.
